Kundeninformation Bahn/Rail Congestion
Dear Sirs and Madames,
We hereby inform you about an adjustment in the area of rail transport.
Due to changes on the part of our rail partner, the congestion surcharge for rail transport will be adjusted from 01.05.2026.
The previously calculated congestion costs are already included in our existing rates. We therefore only pass on the difference as an additional surcharge.
Please refer to the enclosed customer information for the relevant details.
The reason for this adjustment is persistent capacity bottlenecks and operational restrictions in the European rail network.
